Madan Traders’ Commitment to Customer Satisfaction

At Madan Traders, we are devoted to ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. If you find yourself unsatisfied for any reason, you can return the product within 7 days from the delivery date, provided it is in its original packaging. The specific terms and conditions outlined below must be met:

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Returns and refunds are applicable for issues related to damage, defects, quantity mismatch, or description discrepancies. These must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. The product must be tried just once and must not have been used regularly.
  3. Providing supporting evidence for any issue reported is mandatory for processing returns or refunds.
  4. All returns and refunds will only be processed after the product is received back by us and passes a quality check.
  5. Products showing signs of improper use, handling, physical damage, damaged or torn packaging, missing manuals, parts, or accessories, will not be eligible for replacement or refund and will be returned to the buyer without explanation. Returns due to changes in customer preference, where product description is accurate, will not be accepted.
  6. In cases of an empty box or missing items, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the rejection of the complaint by Madan Traders.

Note: Madan Traders team reserves the right to accept or reject return requests on a case-by-case basis, depending on the evidence provided by the customer.
