2. The User certifies that they are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. The madantrader.in is not liable for any damage suffered by users from using the services on madanTrader.in . This includes, without limitation, loss of revenue or data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or service interruptions due to any act or omission of the vendor. This liability disclaimer also applies to damages or injuries arising from any failure of performance, negligence, defect, deletion, error, omission, interruption, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of records, whether for breach of contract, tort, or any other cause of action.
4. Madan Traders takes full responsibility for your order if it has been shipped to any major city where we used private courier companies (e.g., Blue Dart, First Flight, Pafex, DHL, etc.) to deliver your order.
5. Prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Madan Traders .
6. Requests for order cancellations once placed on Madan Traders will not be entertained.
7. Madan Traders reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This applies regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received. The payment shall be refunded, and the User shall be informed of the same.
8. If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (e.g., an incorrect or incomplete name or address or the recipient not being available), any extra cost incurred by Madan Traders for re-delivery will be claimed from the User placing the order.
9. The User agrees to provide accurate, authentic, and truthful information. Madan Traders reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the User at any point. If any User details are found to be untrue either wholly or partially, Madan Traders has the sole discretion to reject the registration and bar the User from using the services of Madan Traders without prior notice.
10. Madan Traders will not be held liable for any kind of credit card fraud. The liability for fraudulent credit card use lies with the User, and the User shall bear the burden of proving otherwise. The User is advised to use their own card on the site.
11. Madan Traders will not entertain any complaints beyond 15 days after the order has been delivered.
12. This agreement shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Any proceedings arising out of this agreement shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi/NCR.
